FMU42-APB2A32A is a Prosonic M compact ultrasonic transmitter for continuous, non-contact level measurement. It can be applied to liquids, pastes and coarse bulk solids, and it can also support open-channel or weir flow measurement when the installation and linearization are configured correctly.

Installation points
Mount the sensor where the sound path is clear of filling streams, ladders, internal beams and strong agitator interference. The maximum product level must remain outside the 0.4 m blocking distance. Foam, heavy vapor, dust, turbulence and fast filling can reduce the usable range, so the tank geometry and process behavior should be reviewed before ordering.
