- Breaking capacity of 25 kA to 100 kA at 480 V and 18 kA to 35 kA at 600 V, 2(3) and 3-pole breakers
- Breaking capacity of 25 kA to 50 kA at 277 V and 14 kA at 347 V, 1-pole breakers
• Thermal-magnetic trip units
• AC/DC applications
• Modular and easy-to-fit internal accessories with diverse functions
• Uniform accessories platform across all 3VA5/3VA6 molded case circuit breakers
Compact dimensions
Thanks to their compact dimensions, the 3VA5 molded case circuit breakers with sizes of 125 A and 250 A are designed to protect cables and plant equipment.
Thermal-magnetic trip unit
A thermal-magnetic principle trip unit is the basic trip unit for providing overload and short-circuit protection. This has been conceived for economical, cost-efficient installations up to 250 A. It is suitable for use in three-phase networks, AC networks, and with DC currents.
