Hirschmann BEPVI-000050-120M - macmon, PastViewer Product Details, Exact Identity and Project Selection Checklist

Confirm the exact BHDO subscription

Hirschmann BEPVI-000050-120M - macmon, PastViewer identifies the Hirschmann industrial network management software. The saved manufacturer description is: Belden NAC PastViewer (Add-On) - Belden NAC PastViewer add-on for longterm storage of endpoint data. Keep the site tier and ordering reference together because Foundation, Grow, Scale and Node items represent different commercial or capacity scopes.

Define the monitored data sources

List the industrial network devices, sites, protocols and data paths to be included. Confirm supported collectors, connectors, edge components and communication requirements from current documentation. A general data-operations description does not establish compatibility with every device or plant architecture.

Verified product data

Review site and capacity assumptions

Record the number of sites, assets, users, data points, retention expectations and expected growth. Ask how the selected tier measures capacity and what happens when limits are reached. Include remote access, firewall and bandwidth constraints in the deployment review.

Plan hosting and cybersecurity

Clarify the hosting model, tenant or site ownership, identity management, encryption, certificate handling, backup, audit logging and administrative roles. Review data residency and customer cybersecurity requirements before activation or connection to production networks.

Separate subscription and project services

Request a clear split between software entitlement, recurring subscription, onboarding, configuration, integration, training and support. Confirm start date, renewal method, cancellation conditions and any separately required hardware or edge software.

Prepare the RFQ

Request Hirschmann BEPVI-000050-120M - macmon, PastViewer, required site quantity, intended activation date and destination. Add the network overview, device inventory, data objectives, user count and documentation requirements so the proposed subscription tier can be reviewed against the actual project.

Acceptance and renewal record

Store the order confirmation, entitlement or tenant details, covered sites, capacity limits, effective dates, support route and renewal deadline. Retain deployment and acceptance records so later expansion can distinguish the approved BHDO tier from adjacent offerings.
